That's why we created ERA Casting Management- a small and personal children's casting agency that aims to provide professional and focused representation for young performers who are looking to break into the industry. ERA Casting Management
ERA Casting Management represents child actors and young performers. The agency is open to both ERA students and non students. It specialises in Film, TV, Theatre and Radio Drama as well as commercials and voice over work.

Attending classes at Enrise Arts does not automatically guarantee a place with the agency. We are always happy to see children that attend classes at the school but, due to logistics for processing, we open our books twice a year for new submissions.

As an agency we are given casting 'breakdowns' detailing exact requirements of ability and talents, physical type (particularly if they are casting a family), sometimes height restrictions, and a clear character synopsis for the role they are casting and they will hope to match as near as possible with someone who naturally resembles that character. The requirements for these castings can vary depending on industry demands, and we will only ever submit performers whom we feel are right for the role.
